Congratulations to our own Virginia Catherall on her upcoming exhibit at Finch Lane Gallery in Salt Lake City! Many of her pieces are intended to be worn, and incorporate beads as well as a range of knitting techniques.

Her knitted art show will run this summer, from June 15th thru August 3rd. A workshop, “Knitting from Nature” offers students the opportunity to work with Virginia on knitting art the evenings of July 10th and August 7th. Contact the Gallery to register.

  1. Thanks for mentioning the exhibit. I hope to see lots of knitters there! This is the culmination of a wonderful artist-in-residence at Great Basin National Park and I hope everyone can enjoy my wearable landscapes.
