The New Membership registration or renewal form can be used to create website login credentials. It must be used if you intend to pay for your membership online. If you filled this outthis form, scrolled down and clicked “Register”, but weren’t offered a “Click here to go to Paypal” button and allowed to pay, enter your login credentials on this screen, click “login” and you should see the butten to access Paypal.
